A bino harness holds your binoculars on your chest, ready to grab, and many add a rangefinder pouch on the side. This page compares three with specs from the makers and listings. Sources are at the end.
I use a MOXULE binocular chest pack with a rangefinder pouch.

What to look for
- Quiet, one-hand access. MOXULE uses a magnet and Vortex's Pro uses a fold-open lid, both marketed as silent. The original GlassPak uses an elastic cord and tab.
- Rangefinder pouch. If you range shots, a side pouch keeps it handy. The original GlassPak doesn't include one.
- Binocular fit. Vortex lists compatible models for the GlassPak and says others aren't guaranteed. MOXULE says it fits 95 percent of binoculars. One MOXULE reviewer had to put their binoculars in sideways.
Known complaints
From MOXULE's Amazon reviews: some found it hard to get binoculars out of the compartment, and some said the rangefinder pouch comes off too easily. Most reviews mentioning quality and comfort were positive.
Other good options
- Carry in your pack. For short sits, keep the binoculars in your pack. See what's in my pack.
- Hang gear on the tree. See gear hangers and MOLLE hooks, like the CAVEKEAP hook.
Questions hunters ask
Do I need a bino harness for bowhunting? It's a convenience. A harness like the MOXULE keeps binoculars on your chest instead of in your pack.
Will my binoculars fit? Check the maker's list or measurements against your binoculars.
Can a bino harness hold a rangefinder? The MOXULE and the GlassPak Pro include a rangefinder pouch.
